The cool, crisp mountain air helps the cherries ripen slowly, building a fragrant, floral sweetness that’s uniquely Nemba.

Every cherry is hand-picked, floated to check quality, and sorted again by hand before being pulped and carefully washed; a process that brings out clarity and vibrancy in every cup. The parchment is then dry fermented, soaked, and sun-dried on raised beds, with constant attention to ensure even drying and zero defects.
